Payment Method

At OctoStudio, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, secure, and flexible.
We currently support safe online payments through PayPal, which allows you to pay using your PayPal balance, debit card, or credit card—even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • PayPal (primary method)

  • Major credit and debit cards — including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover

  • Pay with card via PayPal Checkout — you can pay securely without creating or logging in to a PayPal account

When you select PayPal at checkout:

  1. You’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page.

  2. You can either log in to your PayPal account or choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to complete your purchase as a guest.

  3. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal — OctoStudio never stores or has access to your payment details.

2. Currency

All prices listed on our store are displayed in USD (U.S. Dollars) by default.
If you’re purchasing from another country, your card provider or PayPal may apply a small conversion fee depending on your local currency.

3. Payment Security

We use Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway combined with PayPal’s secure transaction system to ensure that your payment data is fully protected.
Your personal and financial information is transmitted over SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and is never stored on our servers.

4. Payment Authorization

  • Your payment will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment is received.

  • If your payment is declined, please contact your card provider or PayPal for assistance.

5. Fraud Prevention

To protect against fraud, some transactions may require additional verification.
If we cannot verify your payment details, your order may be canceled and refunded.

6. Refunds

If your order is eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, the payment will be returned to the same method you used during checkout.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider (typically 3–7 business days).
